These premium materials ensure your packaging holds its shape and integrity, while also being eco-conscious, containing at least 50% post-consumer recycled content.

Choose from the following paper finishes to match your brand’s style:

• White (SBS – Solid Bleached Sulfate): Smooth, bright white surface ideal for vibrant, high-resolution printing. Perfect for colorful graphics and crisp branding.
• Brown Kraft: A natural, unbleached finish offering a rustic, eco-friendly look. Best suited for minimalist designs using black or white print for maximum contrast.

Printing Options 

Bring your brand to life with vibrant, eco-conscious printing. All our custom magnetic boxes are printed using soy-based inks, a sustainable alternative to petroleum-based ink that not only reduces environmental impact but also enhances color brightness and clarity.

We offer two professional color systems to match your needs:

• CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black): Ideal for full-color designs, gradients, and cost-effective production. CMYK is the go-to choice for most packaging projects, offering excellent quality and value.
• Pantone (PMS – Pantone Matching System): Perfect for brands that demand color precision and consistency. Pantone printing ensures exact color matching across different print batches, making it the preferred option for logos and brand-specific tones. While it comes at a higher cost than CMYK, the results are unmatched in accuracy.

Coating and Finishes

That’s where our coating and finish options come in, adding both durability and style to every box.

Coating is applied directly to the printed surface to guard against scratches, scuffs, and fading:

• Lamination: A durable plastic layer that shields your box from cracking and tearing. While not the most eco-friendly option, it offers the highest level of protection.
• Biodegradable Lamination: A more sustainable alternative that provides basic protection while minimizing environmental impact. It’s a great choice for eco-conscious brands, though slightly less protective than traditional lamination.

Once coated, your box can be finished with a texture or sheen that aligns with your brand’s aesthetic:

• Matte: A soft, non-reflective finish that gives your box a subtle, elegant appearance.
• Glossy: Bright and reflective, this finish enhances colors but may show fingerprints more easily.
• Satin: A balanced, semi-gloss finish that offers the best of both matte and glossy worlds.
• Soft Touch: Velvety to the touch, this luxurious matte-like finish adds a tactile experience that enhances perceived value.
